UPSIDE Capital is a family investment company.

We build, refurbish, repair, add value, and sell or rent residential real estate. We implement various projects on our own account and in cooperation with related investors.

At the beginning of our business, we focused exclusively on refurbishing historic villas in Prague, restoring them to their original splendor and beauty. Since 2021, in addition to refurbishments, we have focused on residential development and aim to expand significantly in this segment.

Typically, we deal with larger family or smaller apartment buildings in the range of CZK 10-30 million. Our primary areas of interest are Prague and other larger Czech cities such as Liberec and Pilsen. We never invest in socially excluded locations.
