WE ARE LOOKING FOR PARTNERS

We currently collaborate with several affiliated investors, primarily successful family offices.

We are keen to diversify our business to mitigate risks and foster new, compelling partnerships. Given our equity capacity, we prefer engaging in multiple projects with partners rather than fewer projects independently. Our target for project yields is a minimum of 20% annually.

Smaller acquisitions are financed exclusively through equity. For larger properties, we leverage our longstanding relationship with Česká Spořitelna, a leading CEE bank, benefiting from a robust credit history and exceptional rapport.

We offer unique expertise and knowledge in the residential real estate sector and maintain a long-standing record of flawless investments.

We welcome new partnerships, with a minimum stake of CZK 2.5 million per individual project.

Example of a possible structure for a new partnership: The partner invests funds into a dedicated project company in exchange for a minority stake. The partner receives a profit share from the project company, which focuses exclusively on a single specific project.
