Jiří Kinkor MSc. is a partner and managing director of UPSIDE Capital. He has extensive experience in acquisitions, financing, refurbishments, rentals, and sales of residential real estate.

After completing his bachelor's degree at the University of Economics in Prague, he earned a master's degree in finance and banking in Hong Kong (summa cum laude).

He began his career at AAKON Capital in Prague, where he contributed to managing a real estate portfolio in the USA and participated in launching the Czech train start-up company LEO Express.

Since 2014, Jiří Kinkor has worked at the prestigious consulting company Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) in Frankfurt, Germany. As Director in the Residential Investment team, he was responsible for overseeing significant real estate transactions. During his tenure in Germany, he played a key role in transactions totaling over CZK 75 billion. He has facilitated the sale of more than 10,000 housing units and numerous medical facilities. Notably, he managed the largest real estate transactions in Germany in 2016 (Project Fidelis) and 2019 (Project Horizon) in the Healthcare segment.


Ing. Adéla Kinkorová is responsible for the internal matters of UPSIDE Capital. She has experience in internal HR, recruitment and project management.

Adéla graduated in economics and management from the University of Hradec Králové. She completed her follow-up master's studies at the University of Economics in Prague, Faculty of International Relations.

Since 2014, she has worked as a project manager in a non-profit organization Čmelák, which deals with nature protection and reclamation. During her tenure, she was able to obtain several large grants for the organization and established regular cooperation with major companies from the business environment.

After moving to the business sector, she worked for an HR consulting company Altro Management Consultants. Here she worked as a headhunter for multinational corporations in the automotive industry. She has successfully completed more than 80 projects - recruitment of middle and top management.

Since 2020, she has gained experience in internal human resources management at Doosan Bobcat. Here she was responsible for creating and updating various HR policies within the company. She has developed and maintained internal policies and participated in creation of a modern corporate culture.
